下午，政协八届四次常委会议在政协三楼会议室召开，政协常委、招商局及经贸局负责人参会，各乡镇政协联络组长、各委室负责人列席会议，会议由政协主席李满主持。
李满主席主持会议 会议首先听取了县长助理、招商局局长刘尚文关于全县招商引资工作的汇报，并听取了县经贸局关于全县招商引资企业经济运行情况的汇报，参会常委就现场视察及汇报情况讨论发言后，李满主席作了重要讲话，对全县招商引资工作提出了更高要求：一是要大力解放思想，全县上下形成招商引资的良好氛围；二是要不断优化环境，提高服务意识；三是要继续加大招商引资力度，严格按照国家产业调整政策，促进更多的大项目、好项目落户广灵；四是要凝聚发展合力，全社会共同努力把招商引资工作做好；五是要建立健全招商引资激励机制，认真落实对招商引资有功人员的奖励政策。

On the morning of 12, March, Li Man, Chairman of Guangling People’s Political Consultative Conference (GPPCC), together with the standing members of GPPCC, Vice-president in charge of industry, leaders of Guangling Investment Invitation & Promotion Bureau and Economic &Trade Bureau, inspected Guanglong Chemical Co, Fucheng Cement Co, Guangtong Construction Materials Co, Nuobang Industrial Co, Dongfang Wuhua Co and Runguang Wind Power Co.
In the afternoon, the 4th meeting of the eighth session of GPPCC was held in the third floor meeting-room of GPPCC’s building. The standing members of GPPCC, leaders of Guangling Investment Invitation & Promotion Bureau and Economic &Trade Bureau, heads of contacting group of GPPCC of all townships were present. The meeting was chaired by Li Man. At the meeting, the president assistant and head of Guangling Investment Invitation & Promotion Bureau, Liu Shangwen, delivered the report about the work of the county’s investment invitation, and the members of GPPCC offered their opinions about the morning’s inspection. Chairman Li Man gave an important speech, requiring: first, liberate thoughts, forming nice investing environment in Guangling; second, continuously perfect investing environment, raise service awareness: third, strengthen the work of investment invitation, attracting more and better projects to settle down in Guangling; forth, set up awarding system, realizing the award to the people who make great contribution to Guangling’s investment invitation.
