A ceremony of lying foundation stone and starting construction for a production line of 4000t/d clinker new dry process cement was held on Oct 21 at Fucheng Company’s construction site located in Duzhuang , a village of Jiaoshan Town.

 

    At the invitation of Guangling County Government and Fucheng Company,  Secretary of Datong City Committee of CPC, Feng  Lixiang ; Vice Secretary of Datong City Committee of CPC and Secretary of Datong City Committee for Inspecting Discipline, Gang Zhang ; Director of Datong City Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Liang  Fengshu ; Director of Datong City Committee Office of CPC, Cai  Shubin ; Vice President of Datong City Government, Ma Bin and  directors from the relative departments of Datong City attended the ceremony of lying foundation stone. On behalf of Datong City Committee of CPC and Datong City People’s Government, Ma Bin delivered a speech at the ceremony. In addition, the heads from Guangling County Committee of CPC,  Guangling County Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Guangling County Standing Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, Guangling County Committee for Inspecting Discipline; directors from all the departments of Guangling County; Fucheng Company’s clients together with its workers representatives attended the ceremony.  And the ceremony was chaired by Li Zhongwen, vice president of Guangling County People’s Government.

 

     Fucheng Cement Company was established in May, 2007, and its current productivity is 200,000 tons of common silicate cement each year. Based on its self-developing need and national industrial policies demand, the company decided the construction of 4000t/d clinker new dry process cement production line. Guangling County Committee of CPC and Guangling County People’s Government attached importance to the company’s decision. With the supports from leaders at different levels and the relative departments, the project was successfully set up and approved by Shanxi Province Development and Reform Committee. The total investment of the project is 430 million RMB, consruction time is one year.   After the project constrction is finished, a productivity of 1.24 million tons of clinker/year and 1.86 million tons of cement/year will be accompolished, consuming 600,000 tons of mineral waste residue and powered coal ash from local and neighbouring areas, creating an annual income of 528 million RMB, taxing 180 million RMB. At the same time, the project is accompanied with another one, spare-thermoelectricity generation with a volumn of 7.5 MW, which can generate 45 million KWH per year, making great contribution to improving the evironment, raising resources usage rate and developing Guangling’s economy.
