郭占宝深入部分企业进行调研 郭占宝深入部分企业进行调研
2009年是广灵经济社会发展的又一个关键时期，面对困难与机遇，如何加快发展，县委副书记、代县长郭占宝在新年伊始之际深入基层,深入企业调研。1月10日上午，郭占宝利用假日时间冒着严寒先后深入龙腾食品公司、白老大食品公司、绿洲林业科技开发公司、诺邦公司以及正和有色金属公司等企业进行了工作调研，详细了解这些企业的起步发展、产品研发、生产运营和市场营销等情况。县长助理、招商局局长刘尚文、政府办主任李文清及发改局、经贸局、壶泉镇的负责人一同调研。
郭占宝在调研中指出，近年来县委、县政府大力创优环境，把招商引资工作作为重中之重来抓，多方面鼓励新上项目，支持企业发展，当前面对金融危机和市场冲击，各企业要坚定信心，迎难而上，要在新产品研发和市场拓展上下功夫，在高起点、高质量上下功夫，在节能减排、环保达标上下功夫，形成蓄势待发之势，在09年实现大发展。
每到一处，郭占宝都要向企业负责人了解企业发展中存在的困难，并叮嘱随行的部门负责人要加强和企业的沟通交流，为企业提供多方面的帮助和服务，希望全县各部门和社会各界继续创优发展，让这些企业尽早发挥龙头带动作用，促进经济发展，带动群众增收，在全县上下形成共同努力，共谋发展的强大合力，推动全县经济社会又好又快发展。

Longteng Food Company, Bailaoda Food Company, Luzhou Forest Science Technology Deveopment Company, Nuobang Company and Zhenghe Non_ferrous Metal Company were inspected by President_elect Guo January 10. He made a detailed learning about growth, products development and research, operation and marketing of the above mentioned enterpries.
During his visit to the enterprises, Guo pointed out that in recent years Guangling County Government and Party Committee have made great efforts to optimize investing environment and encouraged new projects construction to support development of enterprises; To deal with the impact of current financial crisis, each of the enterprises should be in full confidence to get through the crisis and focus on developing new products and enlarging markets. In addition, the enterprises must work hard at energy saving, reducing discharge and reaching environment protection standard.
Guo also learned from the leaders of the enterprises about the difficulties during the enterprises’ development, and demanded the accompanied leaders of departments concerned to strengthen exchange with the enterprises and provide all_around help and service so that these enterprises as flagships can play a leading role as soon as possible to guide Guangling’s economic development and Guangling citizen’s income rising.
