广灵县人民政府与华润电力（风能）开发有限公司签署《广灵县月明山风电项目投资开发协议》 3月3日上午，广灵县月明山风电项目投资开发协议签约仪式在广灵宾馆会议厅举行。中共广灵县委书记刘振国，中共广灵县委副书记、县人民政府代县长郭占宝，县人民政府副县长李中文，以及县委办、政府办、招商局、加斗乡、宜兴乡等部门、乡镇的主要负责人出席签约仪式，副县长李中文代表县人民政府与华润电力（风能）开发有限公司签署《广灵县月明山风电项目投资开发协议》，仪式由县长助理、招商局长刘尚文主持。

签约仪式圆满结束 华润公司是创建于延安时期、曾为新中国的建立和社会主义建设作出过卓越贡献的国有名企，位列中国500强。公司在对广灵风能资源充分考虑的基础上，决定进行广灵县月明山风电项目建设。项目建成后将极大地带动和促进广灵的经济和社会发展，对于进一步优化广灵县的投资环境、繁荣地方经济产生积极而深远的影响。
Another wind-energy electricity generation project is to constructed in Guangling On the morning of March 3, the ceremony of signing agreement for investing in Yueming Mountain wind -energy electricity generation project was held in Guangling Hotel. Secretary of Guangling Party Committee Liu Zhengguo, president-elect of Guangling Government Guo Zhanbao, vice president of Guangling Government Li Zhongwen and leaders from the departments concerned attended the ceremony. Vice president Li Zhongwen on the behalf of Guangling Government signed the agreement with Huarun Power(wind ernergy) Developing Co., Ltd. The ceremony was chaired by president assistant and head of investment promotion& invitation bureau Liu Shangwen.
Huarun Corporation, one of China’s 500 top enterprises, was founded during Yan’an Times. As a state- owned enterprise, Huarun has made great contribution to foundation of new China and state’s socialism construction. Based on a full consideration about Guangling’s wind energy resources, the Corporation decided to invest in the construction of Guangling Yueming Mountain wind- energy electricity generation project.
