山西广灵精华化工集团有限公司（简称精华集团）为民营股份制企业，山西省高新技术企业。子公司北京广灵精华科技有限公司是北京市高新技术企业。公司现有民爆器材、有色金属、水泥建材、农业畜牧四大主导产业，拥有总资产8.2亿元，员工3000多人，下辖9个分（子）公司，其中有中美、中意两家合资公司。
